Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene seals are intact and fashion tags are securely attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
